feel that heat

trey from denver is a fan of dever nuggets, and eric used to live california is a fan of lakers. of course, i am a fan of rockets due to yao playing there. so whenever we meet, we always mock on one another's team. the following conversation happened a while back when three teams were fighting for playoffs spot.

trey: tonight we meet on the hard-court! are you going to watch the game? we are fighting bad for a playoff spot.

(next day)
me: the game was not on tv, but i watched it over internet. too bad
nuggets won the game :) both team will play on april 9 again, and i am sure yao will beat anthony :)

trey: are the rockets feeling the heat of the nuggets blazing a path for their playoff spot? the nuggets are out of control have you seen them lately.

me: i know. fortunately the rockets beat the lakers last night (eric, i hope you didn’t watch that game), otherwise they would alreay be 7th spot. the game of the year: sat. april 16 – denver at houston 7:30pm espn – yeah!!!

eric: are the lakers still even playing basketball? losing 13 out of their last 14, i’d have to say no. i never really liked basketball anyway.

a win tonight and we eclipse last years win total, a win on Saturday, and we’ve got our best record since 1987. 17 of the last 21 games nuggets have beat the spread!
